At Car Mechanics, we strive to deliver the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Below are the details of our refund and cancellation policy.


 

Service Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without incurring any charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the service and any expenses already incurred.

  • To cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team by phone or email.


 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for services that were prepaid and not rendered or completed.

  • If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they may raise a refund request within 7 days of the service date, along with valid reasoning and documentation if required.

  • Refunds will be processed after reviewing the issue, and if approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.


 

Processing Time

  • All approved refunds and cancellations will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your refund has been processed.
