At Car Mechanics, we strive to deliver the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Below are the details of our refund and cancellation policy.
Service Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without incurring any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the service and any expenses already incurred.
To cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team by phone or email.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for services that were prepaid and not rendered or completed.
If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they may raise a refund request within 7 days of the service date, along with valid reasoning and documentation if required.
Refunds will be processed after reviewing the issue, and if approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Processing Time
All approved refunds and cancellations will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
You will receive a confirmation message/email once your refund has been processed.
