2. Scope of Services

Car Mechanics offers the following services:

• General auto repair and maintenance
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• Auto diagnostics and inspections
• Oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services
• Vehicle detailing and washing
• Annual and periodic car servicing
• Subscription-based service plans

All services are provided by qualified professionals at our facility or, where possible, at the customer’s location.

3. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

3.1 Booking Appointments

Customers can book appointments through our website, by phone, or in person. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

3.2 Cancellations

• Standard Appointments: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Emergency Services (e.g., Roadside Assistance): Cancellations must be made immediately upon booking if required.
• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: May incur a cancellation fee of up to ₹500.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Pricing

All service prices are clearly listed on our website or will be provided through a quote. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, service complexity, and location.

4.2 Payments

We accept payments through:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI & Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

Full payment is required upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.

4.3 Service Packages

• Our Auto Service Package (₹9999/-) includes specific services and benefits as outlined on our website.
• Packages are non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. Service Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on select services. Warranty coverage includes:

• Faulty repairs or parts (excluding wear-and-tear items)
• Services completed incorrectly or incompletely

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or negligence
• Damage caused by third parties or external events (e.g., accidents)

To claim a warranty, contact us within the warranty period and provide relevant service records.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for services.
• Disclose any known vehicle issues before service begins.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before repairs or cleaning.
• Review service invoices and promptly raise any concerns.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest level of service, Car Mechanics is not liable for:

• Damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle issues
• Loss of personal belongings left in vehicles
• Minor scratches or dents during service, unless proven due to negligence
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, parts availability)

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

8. Roadside Assistance Terms

• Roadside services are subject to availability and service area limits.
• Wait times may vary depending on location and traffic conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse roadside assistance in dangerous or inaccessible locations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on carmechanics.in, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Car Mechanics and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services if:

• Behavior towards our staff is abusive or inappropriate
